Rest Day

Monday March 20. Day 17. Zero miles. Tempe (Phoenix).

I slept in till about 7.30 am. No rush as this was a rest day. After a coffee that made my hair stand up I definitely was awake and ready to map out the next part of our route.

Most campings don't have availability or they don't accept tents. It didn't matter how much we begged there was no budging. So we had to adjust our distance for tomorrow in order to have accommodations. By the middle of the afternoon our heads were spinning but we found a very basic place to camp. No water, no power but it has a bathroom. We are good.

I cleaned and oiled Annie, picked up groceries, and did laundry. All in all a good day. Vicki and I made dinner and kept Perry company. He just was so appreciative of our company.

Only a couple of pictures for today.

You and Perry could be twins... same hair style and color. (Anonymous)

Salad looks delish! Love your toenail color!

Pedal on - hoping today is full of warm weather- safe riding and beautiful surprises ❤️❤️❤️
